Michelle Pomicpic, Paralegal

Michelle Pomicpic is the newest addition to Horizon Elder Law’s team as our Paralegal. Michelle is a recent graduate of the Laurence Drivon Law School in Stockton, CA, and will sit for the California BAR exam in July 2011..

Michelle has 18 years experience in the legal field. Her last position prior to joining Horizon was with the Merced County Superior Court where she served as their only Probate Court Investigator for 11 years; prior to that, she spent some time in Court Investigations Unit in Stanislaus County Superior Court and worked as a Legal Assistant at Checchio & Metka Law Offices, a firm specializing in probate law and taxation in Philadelphia, PA. Michelle also proudly served our great country as an Senior Airman, E-4, with the United States Air Force in Texas, Mississippi, California and the Panama Canal region for three years. She received several service medals and an Honorable Discharge.

Michelle commutes to Horizon Elder Law from the central valley where she lives with her husband of 16 years, Paul, and three daughters, Alyssa, 15, Sierra, 12, and Emily, 4. Michelle utilizes her commute to prepare for the BAR exam – which currently is consuming her free time. Hobbies and such will once again resume come August!
